Up to 1200 sq ft	$ 30
1201 - 3000 sq ft	$ 45
3001 - 4500 sq ft	$ 60
4501 + sq ft	$75

EXAMPLE: If you have a small townhouse that needs staging and it's 1100 sq ft, if you

wanted 3 rooms staged (ie. Dining Room, Living Room and Master Bedroom), the staging

fee is: (3) rooms x $30 = $ 90 + 7% NJ Sales Tax.

If you would like to use OUR professional photography services (Option #2 below), the

complete package would be: $ 70 + ($90 - 10% discount) = $151 + 7% Sales Tax

Option #1: You provide the photos in electronic format to customerservice@VirtualAccessTours.com.

Photos have to be a minimum of 1280x1024 resolution and in color.

Option #2: WE take the photos. You can have us go on site to shoot the property. $ 70
